STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered KN-95 masks back in mid-December. The masks were listed as In Stock. After three weeks without receiving a shipping notice, I attempted to contact Customer Service. They have removed their phone number from the website so you can only contact them via email. No response despite numerous attempts. After eight weeks of waiting, I filed a fraud claim with my credit card company. Miraculously, the product shipped the day after the fraud claim was filed. I sourced the masks elsewhere so I no longer need them. There is no way to return the product so I basically wasted $100 with these fraudsters.

The first set of masks I ordered were good. The second order the straps detached from about half the masks when I went to put them on. Emailed multiple times with no response.

This company is a SCAM. They do not have customer service and are unresponsive to outreach via email. They misrepresent their products and I would caution anyone from using them.

I ordered masks from Hope Health Supply on 1/6/2022, and after a week of not hearing a peep, requested a response. No response. On 1/14/22 cancelled order. Again, no response. My credit card has been charged, yet I still have yet to receive a response as of 2/16/22. I am writing this as I contacted Hope Health Supply multiple times requesting that my order be cancelled - cancellation requests as early as 1/14. The ONLY response was that my order was being shipped! That was well over 5 weeks ago. Today the order arrived. I am asking Visa to get me a refund. This company is a sham and is scamming consumers. I am taking action today, not just with Visa with the FTC, the Consumer Protection Agency and the BBB. This is the only way to ensure legal action (i.e., class action can occur), this company needs to be shut down and penalized.

I ordered the masks and test kit on Jan 6. I have NOT received the products, just periodic emails that my product has shipped. I am out $99 by this fraudulent company. I have sent emails, responded on their online chatbot, and tried to call (no phone available). This company is a fraud and their positive reviews are fake.

1) Upon ordering it gave an 7 week ETA. I emailed many times and NO response. 2) Alcohol wipes made in CHINA-and smell awful 3) Delivered in dirty, stepped on packaging (units were intact) Wish I could post pictures

I ordered masks in early January 2022. My credit-card company paid for the order on January 8, 2022. Today is February 7, 2022. I have not received my order. I emailed the company three times. I have not received a single response. BUYER, BEWARE!!!

Similar to all previous reviewers I received defective masks and sent pictures to them. Their return policy applies within 7 days of receiving an order. I reached out multiple times by email and through their chat with no response. It's past a week now. Their reviews on their website also seem curated to only display 5-star reviews, although you'll notice that real customers are giving those curated reviews "thumbs down." Look around outside of their site where they can't control their ratings and you'll see that everyone is having the same experience. I'd file a complaint with the BBB and any appropriate business agencies.
