Buyers beware! This company has no customer service. It does not have a phone # to call. When I sent emails, they never reply. They automatically added an extra order of masks even though I clicked "NO" at checkout. I had to dispute through my credit card company. There's also a no return/refund policy which I did not notice. My masks came 2 months after I ordered them!!! That took way too long. Order from Amazon instead.

I have ordered from Hope Health Supply several times, but unfortunately the latest shipment of KN95s I received were all fake. The order was for 90 masks and cost over $100. I have reached out to Hope Health Supply, but have not heard back.

I did receive the masks, but the first time I put one on it split from chin to nose. I reached out to inquire about return/refund. Over the course of a few weeks I sent no less than eight emails and never once got any response. However I did keep getting promotional emails from them. Terrible customer service. Terrible as in nonexistent. // // // // Please note the response asks me to contact them by e-mail, despite my emailing them previously EIGHT times. This is becoming absurd.

Don't buy from them. I ordered mask on Jan 17, 2022 and never received them. I filed a dispute through my credit card company and was credit my money back. Three weeks later my card was charged again. I filed another dispute and was credited. Hope Health didn't provide the credit card company with a tracking number. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. IF I COULD GIVE THE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

I bought two packages of KN95 masks last week. I put one on and the odor was so bad that I could not wear them. I contacted Hope Health Supply and explained that to them. They refused to allow me to return them for a refund. They said the masks are only returnable if they are defective and a bad odor does not make them defective. a waste of over $48.00. I did a review on their website, but it has not shown up.

Customer service in this company is non-existent. They did not respond to numerous emails, requesting to cancel my order BEFORE it shipped. After weeks of delay and no response to my messages, they shipped anyway. Their phone line is not taking calls “due to COVID-19 and staffing shortages.” I wonder how long they will use that excuse. For a company with ‘Hope’ in their name, they give no hope to customer service.

Disgustingly horrible customer service!! Waited over 5 weeks for these masks, notified Hope health supply by email that I had decided to wait no longer wait for the items and requested a cancellation and refund. Email requests were sent on 2/16/22, 2/20/22, 2/21/22, and 2/25/2022 to cancel my order with absolutely no response from Hope Health supply!! Magically, after my first 2 emails the items became available and I received tracking information!! Really!!…I cancelled the order and 5 days later I’m being sent tracking information?? Very dishonest company practice!! And from the other reviews the quality of these masks stinks literally and in quality!! Wish I could give a 0 star as well because that’s really what this so called company deserves!!

Don't buy from this company! The straps on the masks I ordered were too short so I wrote 3 times to ask for larger masks or a refund. I never received a reply during 6 weeks. They don't stand behind their products and have no customer service at all!
