My package is more than a week overdue. It was near me in St. Louis but then went to Kansas City for some reason. And I have been ordering from you throughout the pandemic. Please get it to me, I need the masks

No masks were delivered yesterday or today

Gm My order is missing, shipped from my state of California in compton to northern Las Vegas, and no further shipping details USPS had them in the correct city, why were they rerouted to another state for processing, this a great company and I’ve ordered from them before and this will not be my last order, there products are outstanding quality . thank you for the prompt response to the missing order but now further details on the order# 735355, I’m very disappointed. I’m going to wait an additional couple of days for a response

Have yet to receive my order. Not pleased with that Tracking says it is Compton Ca. Would appreciate feedback as I have been charged already.

You are sending me identical double emails. And I received two pkgs of masks instead of one.

This is what I sent to Hope Health: "In the past I purchased your kn95's (White) and every time I wore them more an 15 minutes I would develop blisters in the back of my throat...every time! I reached out to hope health regarding this issue and asked if the masks contained titanium dioxide and/or PFAS. I was assured they did not and I was sent a replacement package of the black kn95's to try. Today I had occasion to wear a black one for about an hour and once again the blisters are starting to erupt in the back of my throat. I am considering having these privately tested I look forward to your reply." Their response was vague: "The masks we sell are independently tested in a laboratory and commercially available for sale in accordance with relevant laws and regulations." I do not believe this is a reputable company ...they would have responded to my questions if they were. Plus these masks are made in China. Manufacturer is BUKREIN NINGBO IMP&EXP CO., LTD, Ningpo ,China

I would leave zero stars if I could! I ordered masks which took 1.5 months to arrive. Tried to contact via phone, voice message, email, etc and got no response except a computer generated message that they would get back to me (which they never did). Avoid at all costs!!
