Scam, if you do get the products it is weeks later and they are not NIOSH approved they lie on their website Update..the company tried to claim I wasn't a customer. I obviously provided proof so my review is verified. They knew I was a customer. I had numerous email exchanges with them

Misleading advertising claims
Misleading advertising claims. The masks are not official, certified NIOSH K95 mask. I'll be reporting Hope Health Supply to the Consumer Protection Agency. I feel like I've been duped by their misleading advertising.

ARE NOT MEDICAL GRADE N95 MASKS
These ARE NOT MEDICAL GRADE N95 MASKS! They are made in China and on the package insert from China is says clearly in English "NON MEDICAL KN95 FACE MASK." So, if you are wearing them hoping for the best Covid protections, they are not and you will not be allowed to enter an assisted living facility. There are NO REFUNDS for your purchases, even if unopened!

I ordered reusable and disposable masks…
I ordered reusable and disposable masks from this company, first the disposable ones the ear loops fall off the minute you put any pressure on them such as putting the mask on, the reusable ones are not as pictured and say on the package they do not provide any protection, the oxygen reader looks like a kids toy and does not even have batteries, of course there is no recourse after you purchase, called Alabama police and they told me there is an empty lot where the address is. this company needs to be shut down they are selling crap and not standing behind it.

Our Pulse Oximeter comes with a one year warranty. It does not include batteries, which is clearly stated on the product listing. "2 AAA batteries required (Not included). We assure you that there is a warehouse at the address stated. The "empty lot" you're referring to is likely the parking lot connected to the warehouse where our employees park. Received the wrong product
Received the wrong product. Took a week, 3 emails, and 3 texts to get a response. I have low expectations when it comes to actually receiving my order. I requested it to be expedited at the company’s expense due to their error and the urgency of this order and received no response.
