Edit upon request 6/22/22: I opened the bags of masks delivered at the time, and the smell did go away quickly. As time went on, I started using these masks and in reality, they are the most comfortable and well fitting masks I've had. I understand back in Feb, it was a crazier time for manufacturing of these kinds of , products, however better communication [other than ads for more products emailed me!] would have been helpful in customer relations. 2/24/22 Agree with many of the reviews I am seeing below this. Just need to add my agreement so buyers realize this is all true. Ordered cause was told good company [by TV and ads - duh - fool me once....]. Order took MONTHS to come. I tried to cancel, could not. Finally figured I was ripped off and was going to file complaint to Pay Pal when the order came today. They STINK so bad of chemical, I am not sure I can wear them at all. Talk about "fake news and advertising"!

Wrote a really critical review earlier this year complaining about not receiving the masks I ordered and not receiving a meaningful response to my inquiries. Well, after that, I finally received the masks, so I want to update my review. The masks are of good quality. Just wish I had been able to get an expected delivery date at the time I ordered. I would order again now that the rush for masks is reduced.

I read the reviews on the website and ordered 80 KN95s on 1/21/22. After a week of silence I emailed the company with no response. I then went around the internet and found all these reviews and thought for sure I'd been scammed. Before getting around to calling the bank I got an email saying the shipment sent with USPS tracking with an arrival date. Coming from Arizona near Phoenix and I live outside Buffalo NY. To my great surprise they arrived yesterday, 2/7/22, only 4 days after shipping info sent to me,, and they're real KN95s. It would seem I'm the rare exception, not the rule and I feel for everyone who are out their money. Don't know what the companies problem is and don't want to speculate, but they lose a star for never emailing me back, but product was delivered as ordered after about 3 weeks. Stay safe everyone.
