Mask are made in China which they fail to tell you. You can find mash made in the USA and also at a better price in Amazon. The USS mask are much more comfortable and breath easier. My opinion.

I ordered kn95 masks and after the order came in I was notified that the order I received was not registered/approved by the FDA so I should dispose of them as a new order was on the way. The replacement order arrived promptly. However the first mask I used an ear loop broke from the mask making it unusable after the second wear. Then the second mask did the same thing, after only the first use, while putting it on.

Paid to have order shipped in 3 days. It didn’t arrive in time for our flight. Quality of masks not great. One of the straps has come loose from the masks on nearly every one we have tried. My husband resorted to super gluing the straps. Should not have to do that.

My first order in June 2021 provided me with quality KN 95 masks. 2nd order delivered on 8/28/21 provided masks with holes and thin material. I had to throw them away. I received an email from Home Health Supply the next day stating they realize this product was not up to their standards and company would replace order at no cost to me and that l need not do anything further. Date today is 9/8/21 and l have not received anymore word about this replacement shipment.

I do not recommend purchasing from this company if you want to get the products in a timely manner. I ordered over a month ago and it's been so long since they printed the shipping label, the tracking number expired before it's been even shipped to the distributer. I contacted customer service and got the same canned response about an increase in orders and weather. I ordered these waaay before the weather was bad. If DHL ever got the item I would contact them instead, but who knows where the masks are.
