Don't do business with this company! You'll likely never see this most helpful review because the company has built in a wall to prevent potential customers from accessing accurate reviews, as well as a wall to prevent unhappy customers from canceling subscriptions they never actually requested. Any order apparently automatically results in monthly shipments & CHARGES! STAY AWAY!

Do not order from this company. Ordered masks on 4/4 and still have not received. The tracking number provided is no longer valid and the company refuses to provide a refund. I don’t think I will ever receive the product and no longer want to. Do not buy from them.

We ordered 50 KN 95 masks made in the USA from Hope Health Supply and found a certificate in the package that the masks were made in Jiang Yin City, Jiangsu Province, China on 2020-11-1.

I have ordered KN95 masks from Hope Health Supply, and they fit well. Last time I ordered, I got hooked into ordering a UV Sterilizer wand. I didn't open it, so that I could read about it before using it. When I found out how dangerous and ineffective they are, I called to see if I could return it. They have a no-return policy. Because this has never even been opened, and I would have paid return postage, I don't trust this company anymore. They sell things without integrity.

Hello, I ordered from Hope Health Supply on 02/27/2021 and I got a form email saying they got my order. Then the next day they sent me a email saying they shipped it with a tracking #. The next day Monday 03/01 DHL said they have no such tracking #. WHAT is going on with them.

Beware! Don’t but they don’t stand behind the products they sell. This company is awful. The masks are poor quality and too small. Placed a sizeable order of kn95 masks framed in packages of 5 masks per packet. Opened one and realized they were too small for men. Asked to return the unopened packages and got a letter saying. “ Hope health supply is a family owned and Operated business committed to providing the highest quality products at affordable prices. Due to our highly affordable prices and strong demand, once your order has been placed we cannot offer any cancellations refunds or returns. Wishing you health and happiness. Signed: customer care experts at HopeHealth supply ...from our family to yours! When asked why that wasn’t on that that information wasn’t ready and available when I ordered they stated it’s on our website. Basically saying our family company screwing yours! Tough to be be you but thanks for your cash! The reply that it would be unsanitary is not true as all the items I was asking to return were factory sealed in the original bags that they were sent to me in. These could easily have been returned and sent out since they were unopened and brand new. I had offered to keep and pay for the one packet we opened that had 5 masks in in it. So I stand by my original review. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Misleading representation of KN95 masks. Website says "Flatten the Curve" and refers to masks being used for germs. Tiny print disclosure says NOT A MEDICAL MASK. This company doesn't mention China anywhere, only that the masks come from Alabama. Website is very misleading, making you think you are buying a medical mask, when in fact you are getting ripped off big time. BUYER BEWARE 03/04/2021 UPDATE I find it interesting that this company doesn't post any reviews on it's website that are below 4. They did not post my review so I would think others trying to tell the truth get the same treatment. Another interesting fact is how this company always has a positive spin on their products without tell you all their health products for sale are from China, not Birmingham, AL. I did the water test which I was told to do by Hope Heath supply which was to prove to me that no small particles could get through the mask. I used hot water and a spray bottle. The water went through the mask!! Go through and read everything on their website. It is very misleading, all the while in small print telling you that IS NOT A MEDICAL MASK. I stand by my 1 star and would give it ZERO for it's deception.
