I ordered Sept 12 and up until now I have not received any update. I followed up and the only way to contact them is via email. I tried to email twice but kept getting automated replies. I am hoping that the credit card company gets to process the dispute. Terrible service!

I ordered masks on 8/1/21. I received an email stating they were shipped but when attempting to track the shipment there was never any movement. I reached out to them on numerous occasions both by email and phone. I never received a response by email and all the representatives said they would relay the message to the logistics department. I never was able to talk to logistics myself. Of course no one ever returned the promised phone call. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company. They reached out to them on 8/11/21 and it took them until 9/24/21 to respond and they told them they were delivered!!!!! Don't they look at our order and see how many times I called and see that they were never delivered?? I am still fighting with this company trying to get them to tell the truth that they were never delivered. I refuse to pay for something I never received. They are just dragging it on and on. It's been almost 2 months of back and forth trying to resolve this. Do your self a favor and DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION.

In the past, Hope Health Supply provided KN95 masks that were comfortable and appeared to provide decent protection. Much has changed. The masks in my latest order look cheaply made, with no covering on the metal nosepiece. They were not packaged in the usual Hope Health Supply 5-pack white plastic wrapper, but in a clear plastic fold-over bag. According to my research, they may be counterfeit masks. All legitimate K95 masks bear a manufacturer’s code. This latest shipment shows only "KN95" and no code numbers. Two weeks ago I submitted a return request via e-mail, and received an automated reply. Their website states that, due to COVID, they do not accept returns. I will never again order anything from this company.

I ordered kn95 masks on 9/11/2021. As of 9/27/2021, there was no sign that my order had even been received or picked at the warehouse. I received an order number at the time of purchase but the typical order fulfilment communication (order received, picked, shipped etc.) was nonexistent. I requested my money back due to this.

I ordered over $50 of Hope Health Supply's masks. I got the order confirmation immediately. When I began following up 7 days later, repeatedly asking about a tracking number, I got no reply. Their contact link gets you nowhere. I couldn't find a phone number to call. After 15 days, I instructed my credit card company to dispute the charge. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

I ordered 15 kn-95 masks and 10 Sweat Masks. We live in Arizona where the temps are often above 100 degrees. Upon receiving the package I opened a package of 5 kn-95 masks.. I attempted to try one on and the ear loop pulled out of the mask. I sent an email asking to return the products and have not heard from them. I would like to return the products for a refund. Use your own judgement about ordering these products.

These masks smell terrible! Do not buy!!!

Total Chinese made junk! I ordered masks from them last year and they were good quality and came with a certification inside the bag (which had their company info. and logo printed on it). I just purchased a new order and they are cheap counterfeit junk which came in a clear bag with no markings! Only a 2 layer instead of the 5 layer mask I got from my purchase last year. The masks are also larger than my last ones and don't fit nearly as well. They also have a chemical smell which prompted me to throw them in the trash (wasted $40). No customer service available through their phone or email contacts. Total scam of a company (located in Alabama) who uses the USA flag to sucker you in. Shameful business practices!
