I ordered masks from them in early 2021 and they were great masks. Ordered more in July and they ARE NOT THE SAME PRODUCT. They are thinner, cheaper, and not as effective. I contacted them and they said they would not accept a return or refund. I will post pictures of proof is I can add them.

I ordered some N95 masks back approximately Oct. 16th but they NEVER CAME!! I emailed the shop and the guy says I'm out of luck, they don't plan on doing anything! However, I JUST CHECKED their tracking number and it says that USPS is STILL WAITING FOR THE PACKAGE!! Now, the guy after I spent a little over $80 says he will give me 10% off my next order. Like gee, THANKS!! Steer away from this company unless your willing to give money away.

DO NOT BUY FROM HOPE HEALTH SUPPLY!!! Why can't we give them 0 stars! I wish I had researched better. This company is absolutely the worst. First, the masks are not made in the US. They are made in China. Second, it took them 5 months to send the masks. Third, the alleged KN95 masks...are horrible. The quality is so poor, you can't even imagine. Don't waste your money.

I left a review right below this one. Ironically the masks came today, one day before I'm scheduled to depart for my trip. The company is literally the WORST COMPANY on the planet. l They never called back and the masks are literally half the quality as the ones my friend gave me a year ago. They seem like they wouldn't filter anything. Really BAD MASKS, and unbelievably BAD SERVICE! Don't order from these nasty middle-idiot sellers!!!

I ordered 15 masks in August of 2021 and today is October 11, 2021, and I have yet to receive my masks and customer service told me I can’t receive a refund. The customer service reps are only an answering service. The answering service says they don’t have a way to contact management. They can only take messages and send digital messages. Terrible service.

Ordered 30 masks, received 15. Tried to contact customer service several times, but they only assigned a ticket #, then never contacted me. I have emailed them to no avail.

I never received the masks. Cannot get a response from customer service. Do not buy from them!!! Update: It is now November 17 (ordered September 5) and STILL no masks! Oh, and they refuse to give back your money! The one response I finally received said they would ship them. That was 2 weeks ago! I haven’t been able to get another response! Do NOT buy from this company!!!

DO NOT BUY. I received obvious fakes. Two minutes of wearing made me sick. No markings on the KN95 masks - no origin, no certification, nothing but cheap shrink wrap. And best of all? NO RETURNS. Run away from this place, and be very careful with what you read in the mainstream media...
