This company does false advertisement. Will not buy from Hope Health supply again. Masks poor quality and made in China.

I ordered three ply surgical masks. When they arrived, the masks were one single layer. I contacted the company three times (and sent photos of the defective product) to receive a refund or a replacement product, and they would not allow a refund or replacement. This company is fraudulent!

Add my name to the list of disappointed reviewers. I ordered masks with Hope Health supplies in the past and they were great. New order came damaged with inferior masks in shoddy packaging. I wrote a complaint letter stating same asking for a refund. A letter from them asked for photos. I sent that. They did not reply. I wrote many more letters and finally talked to a supervisor who said I might have gotten a bad product from their warehouse, since they source from many places. I said no thank-you to his offer to send replacement masks, as it sounded from what he said that their quality control was questionable. Again I asked for a refund. He said he’d pass my complaint to Leah in accounting ( also according to him part owner in the company). Never heard from her. I did get a parade of responses after that from company individuals (never the same one twice) who extolled the virtues of their product, repeated that no refunds were given for personal items, but never addressed my actual situation. To date no one has even acknowledged receipt of my photos. They do however continue to send me discount offers for my next purchase! Does anyone there even read?? Red flags all over the place. I do not trust this company; I do not trust their product; I will never do business with whoever they are again. I will contact my credit card to get my refund.

I would give zero stars if I could! My $70 order shipped incomplete by over 60%, and what they did ship was inferior to what I ordered. The person that answers their 1-800 number is only there to help you place an order and any back end support for missed shipments goes to a generic email which goes unanswered. Don’t waste your time and money.

Should have read these reviews before ordering. This company is BS. I ordered masks 14 days ago for travel. Order has not been shipped yet. When I reach out to cancel my order they just keep saying they've received my order and it will ship out soon. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Previously ordered masks from this company. Quality was good, KN95 had the registration markings on the mask, came 5 to a sealed packages. Re-ordered 100 more masks - what I go is completely different. Masks are thin, inside of mask course (looks unfinished & rough), no markings on the mask. Some of the masks were also not in a packaging - individual masks looked like they were just thrown in the mailer. Called 800-450-4482, number listed on the website. Lady wouldn’t even let me talkfest - kept insisting on sending replacement order and said “you might like them better.” Told her I want a full refund and she said she will file a complaint form and refund request and send it to corporate. Asked for a phone number for corporate & she said there is none. I asked if she is a third party seller and she said “I can’t answer that.” Then she hung up. This company is fraudulent and is scamming people with a bait and switch with their product. Not I am out of $160 and I can’t even use the masks since I do t know if they are even effective (looks only to have 2 layers - front & back, nothing in between). No packing slip was also included in my shipment, there was one with my 1st order.

I ordered from Hope Health on September 23 and my order was delayed and then I received a text on October 15 stating it finally shipped. The tracking number attached to my order belongs to something else as it shows delivered on October 1st to a post office in California and I live in Oklahoma which is where it was to be shipped. I have sent several emails and got nothing back, when I call they tell me they have to submit my issue to the office. To date nothing has been received and no one has contacted me!!! This is pathetic!

I ordered Hope Health Supply face masks after reading an endorsement in an article of a well-known publication. I received a delayed delivery notice. I checked on the order in a few weeks only to be told it was delivered. I never received it. I have called and emailed about six times and have only received a 10% off code for my next order. Terrible experience!
