I previously ordered masks from this company KN 95 multi layers masks. Quality was good, On the masks had the registration markings on the mask, came 5 to a sealed packages. Re-ordered 90 more masks - what I got is completely different. Masks are thin, inside of mask course (looks unfinished & rough), no markings on the mask like the previous ordered and different mask’s altogether. I ordered multi layer KN 95 they sent KN 95 protective masks totally not the same. I priced the same as the second order. I will not be purchasing anymore masks from this company.

It took 15 days for my KN95 masks to arrive, which were supposed to arrive in 7-10 days. They actually arrived but sat in the UPS then eventually transferred to USPS were it sat again. I was unable to retrieve the package at either site. Since I needed it for international travel, I no longer needed it when the package finally arrived. I placed an online return support ticket. Was eventually told I could return it but I never received any instructions and there is no place on the website to return the item. My phone call to customer support was equally useless. They were supposed to call me back never did. I have sent numerous subsequent emails with response. Do not waste your money ordering through this company.

I ordered my masks on Nov 28,2021. I received no confirmation that my order was received. This should be automatic. I checked my bank account and saw that they had already billed my account. That's the first thing that scared me. My account was billed before the items had shipped. I emailed them and they said that my order had been received and that they were working to get it shipped. When I had not received them by Dec 13 (over two weeks from the time of my order) I emailed them and heard nothing back. I emailed them everyday that week asking where my stuff was and heard nothing back. The masks finally arrived on Saturday Dec 18th. That's 3 weeks after I ordered them. I'm no expert but the masks seem fine. The problem is that this is a terrible company with terrible customer service. I will not be purchasing from them ever again.

I ordered a box of 30 KN95 Protective Face Masks for $54.99 plus tax and they are very small & the ear loops are so tight & painful on my ears that they aren't wearable. They're made in China & are poor quality. I'd love to return them & get my money back, but I'm not hopeful that it will happen after reading the reviews. I just bought KN95 face masks at my local ShopRite that are of fine quality, great ear loops & very reasonable.

I have never been so scammed in my life…. DO NOT ORDER from Hope Health Supply. It is a scam.

I ordered their 15 pack K95 masks for $30 and paid $15 for 2 day shipping. It took a week for them to ship. And then they wrote to say the masks were not FDA approve and THREE WEEKS LATER they sent replacements. When I called I was told someone from customer service would call me back. No one did.

Ordered and paid for KN95 masks. They shipped us junk that visibly was not Kn95s, did not have the regulatory code printed on them, as is required by the Chinese govt. regulator, and so on. We emailed them demanding refund, they responded with false information about these masks and their origin. Since then, they don't respond at all. Obviously, we're not getting our money back. These people are frauds, shipping whatever junk they can get their hands on. Do not buy from them. They will cheat you.

I think the positive reviews are phony. Terrible product. Mad at myself for getting these. Waste of money.
