Do not purchase these. I received 60 which cost me almost $100 for my husband who has cancer. The first one he put on ripped at the seam just putting it on. The ear loops are short. I contacted them immediately because they will only refund 7 days after receiving. I have emailed 3 times and there is total radio silence. Horrible produce and customer service

Do not buy masks from this company! They are unsafe and will not protect you from the virus. This company promises to send five-layer face masks. Then the send you one to two layer face masks. Their masks are now only the outer shell, with a little something sprayed on the backside. It is not even two layers. They routinely engage in false advertising. You cannot contact this company to complain. Emails to their contact address are not answered. Phone calls to their phone number reaches a recording that says no one can assist you now. Their return policy says that you have seven days to return products. But you have to get approval from the company to make a return, and they never respond to your contacts so you cannot return anything. This company is unresponsive and uncaring. They are cheating and endangering their customers. Complain about their unethical business practices to the Delaware Attorney General Fraud and Consumer Protection Division. Do a Google search and you will find a consumer complaint form online. This forum does not allow links to be posted. My shipment was short 15 masks. Reached out to Customer Support several times over span of three weeks, zero response. Seems others have had worse experience than me. I believe all the reviews on their website are fake, I published my negative review on their website, it was never published. I'll be contacting my credit card company for a charge back

Some people in reviews say what is the issue! I would of said that before 11/19/21! I have ordered many times 90 of the same 5 layer KN95 masks and have been very happy. Something happened in November they took your money and did not send what you ordered….like in my case receiving 2 layer masks instead of 5 layer. In a blue package which says 2 layer instead of the usual 5 layer mask-white package. I have called the answering service and spoke to many supervisors who say that they receive a ton of calls daily like mine. They send a complaint to Hope health and you receive an email from Hello@hope health supply.com In my case they said we will send you out a replacement….this was in November. I have not received anything. I have emailed many times and receive no response except we sent out the replacement and hope you like the new product. The November email said they would send me out a confirmation number- nothing! They did not post my first review- let’s see if they post this one. Such poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cheap Chinese masks that run small

If I could leave a negative star review for Hope Health Supply, I would. I have tried to remain sympathetic to the plight of companies during the pandemic and all the challenges they are facing right now. However, customer service at Hope Health is atrocious. I placed a mask order on November 12, 2021. To date, I have not received the product although the company promptly processed my payment. After sending multiple emails and making phone calls to their call center, I was simply told each time that the call center could not help me and that they were sending my inquiry to the customer service department. I was told that an agent from Customer service would contact me. It is December 28, 2021. I am still waiting for an agent to reach out. I am still waiting for the mask order. I have reported Hope Health to my Credit Card company.

I had ordered from Hope Health in the past and was pleased with the masks. I ordered again on Nov. 15, 2021 and never received my order. I have emailed three times since then with no response. After reading these reviews I totally agree that their customer service dept. stinks.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been order masks from Hope Health for about a year and had no problems with masks or service until my last order when I ordered 60 black masks and 30 white masks. The white masks came and I thought the black would show up right after. A week passed and no black masks appeared. I contacted “customer service” via email and they said they would escalate my issue and someone would get back to me. I heard nothing and sent two more emails and no response. I also called and an “answering service” answers and no one returns the call. I paid for them with PayPal who I don’t think is going to help me either because Hope Health has a shipping receipt that says they shipped all of them. $58 down the drain. Don’t buy from them. I wish I had read the reviews before buying them.
