I had previously ordered white KN95 masks from Hope Health Supply. They were good quality, 5 layers, and had the markings to indicate that they were legitimate. I recently ordered KN95 masks in black. They are not the same at all! They are very thin and do not have the proper markings. I have repeatedly emailed customer service to request authorization to return. I have had no response. Do not order from this company. They are now selling fake masks. Their customer service is nonexistent.

I paid for a 2 day delivery as I was leaving town in 3 days, on the second day I received notice it would be 5 days. No mention of the 2 day shipping. There was no communication with me. I won't use them again,

Steer clear of ordering anything from this company. I wanted to order 15 KN95 face masks at a certain price point, and before actually completing the order, a pop-up came up inferring I could get 15 masks at a better price, so of course, who wouldn't want the 15 masks at a lower price? Well, after clicking on complete order, I had purchased another order of 15 masks (2 separate orders of 15 masks at two different price points). I only learned of this after seeing separate emails, one for each order. I immediately contacted the company via email bringing attention to their deception, and that I was only interested in the initial, higher priced order of 15 masks. An email reply came saying my order had been processed and shipped. I called customer service, but of course they were unreachable. A follow-on email wanted me to rate "Ali's" response to my email. I now don't want either order, and have placed a hold on both shipments. I will not pick them up in the time allotted so they will be returned to sender (Hope Medical Supply). I have also alerted my bank of the two separate charges, and that I intend to request the charges be reversed, after the product is sent back. Don't order anything from them!

DO NOT BUY MASKS FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased masks in August of 2021. The first batch came but Hope notified me that they were not approved and sent out a replacement order several weeks later. The replacement masks were excellent. So, when I was down to the last package I reordered masks. Unfortunately, the last package of my original order was unusable. All five of the masks were defective. The center seam ripped open shortly after use. Those masks were clearly not made by the same manufacturer as the others received. I sent an email to Hope immediately on 12/22/21 and got a message back saying they would get in contact with me as soon as possible. I haven't heard anything more and cannot reach them by phone. Clearly, they are having difficulty with their suppliers and it seems risky to use their KN95 masks. I have no confidence in their ability to maintain quality standards. I understand demand is outstripping quality supply. But, there are a lot of fake KN95 masks now being sold and at almost $2 per mask...

Paid extra for 2 day shipping. No tracking number yet, it’s been 7 days already. Sent 5 emails, no answer. Have canceled order on chat no a answer. Called many times on the phone. Nothing. Worse customer service. I’m calling my credit card to request my refund. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

My first small order was fine. The next larger order, no filters were stitched in, just the shell. I emailed them 4 times and called them over 10 times during a 30 day period complaining and requested a refund (they have no voicemail system). I actually spoke to two representatives in which one said that they changed suppliers. They assured me that the company would get back to me. No reply. They do not believe in "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back". I recommend not using them.

Received order of 200 defective masks. Company will not answer e mails or phone calls. Ripped me off for $277. Don’t do business with them. I have ordered from them twice before and product was fine. These masks are just the outer shell with no filtration. Layers. Save your money, buy elsewhere I am filing a complaint with state attorney generals office of consumer protection. This company needs to be shut down. Considering filing class action lawsuit given the number of cases of fraud I am discovering

Total Scam! Never received my order. Have sent 5 emails to them and no response. Have tried to call them multiple times at many different hours - never anyone to take my call and no way to leave a message. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! I can't review the mask because I never got it. Filed a complaint with my credit card company. Scam!
