Customer service is poor. I have been getting these masks for months and have really liked them. Shipment has been prompt. They fit well. However recently there was an issue with an order. It never arrived but was marked as delivered. I have been trying unsuccessfully for over a week to get response from the company & get a refund. Wondering if someone from the company might reach out here to help

I found this pos company, Hope Health Supply, on Brad's Deals in their emails to me. Since Brad's Deals is reputable and I had availed myself of some of their deals over the years, I figured they wouldn't allow a disreputable company like HHS to advertise all over their emails. I was wrong and BD doesn't care. I waited patiently and received my KN95 masks TWO WEEKS after ordering from a drop shipper in CA, not their Alabama address. The same masks are listed for sale on Amazon for HALF THE PRICE!! HHS has no customer service and ignored any attempt I made to contact them to cancel prior to receipt of my order. I brought this to the attention of BD where I found HHS advertising, but they refused to take any responsibility. I'd be wary of both Brad's Deals and HHS. Live and learn. 😟

Delivery received quickly. I believe the nose wire is too thin preventing a consistent and persistent seal around the nose.

Read this in entirety. I purchased many kn95 masks, (spent around $80) and just realized they do not have the proper numbers on the outside showing that the Chinese-made masks are authorized/legit (government sanctioned masks in China must have these numbers visible right on the outside of the mask I believe)!!!! POSSIBLE CORRECTION TO ABOVE ON MY PART: I discovered that the GB numbers, manufacturer's name, etc. ARE printed on the outside of the package that the 5-pack masks come in. I'll have to learn more to determine if these numbers need to be printed right on the masks themselves. So, check this out for yourselves. Additionally, in that order, one of the 5-pack packages only contained one mask. I contacted Hope Health Supply two weeks ago, and they haven't responded. Maybe give them the benefit of the doubt on this? So busy, etc., etc.

Update as of 2/13/22: The masks I ordered were delivered yesterday. However, the test I ordered was not included. I emailed them again and my credit card was refunded for the test as of this morning. I am satisfied with the outcome and will move on. However, I never received an actual email response to any of my inquiries. Just a few autogenerated "We'll get back to soon" or "Your order is on the way" responses. This goes back to my original point - lack of communication is not acceptable for any business. Ordered masks and a test back on January 4th and have not received an order status update since. I have contacted them twice via the Contact Us link and a reply to my order confirmation email. (Instructed to reply with questions.) I completely understand being backlogged because of omicron. All I'm asking for is simple communication, a basic order status update. If the items are out of stock, not available, etc., I'd happily take a refund. I stated as much in my last email. I'll keep pursuing this until I receive my order or a refund. I would look for masks elsewhere and just order the four free COVID tests from the federal government at this point. The omicron wave will have come and gone by the time you receive anything.

I love the quality of their masks, but their customer service is the worst! Also, they’re backed up with orders and still continue to advertise. Makes no sense to me.

These masks fit great but 3 out of my 15 pack had defects. Very disappointing, especially when I would just toss one in my bag only to notice when I needed to use it, it wasn’t functional! Frustrating.

I ordered a set of KN95 masks from Hope Health Supply ($30). What arrived was not marked as KN95, but worse than that, they were sized to fit a child. It pinched my cheeks and pulled my ears forward painfully. (Btw, I am a small person.) Then I received an email saying they were replacing them with masks that are certified KN95, which they did. However, the fit is the same. It's not possible for an adult to wear the masks. Even many children would have trouble wearing them. I will donate them to an elementary school or some facility for children, but save your money and DO NOT buy from this company. I wish I had seen these reviews before I wasted my money.
