Worst masks ever. Middle seam started to rip immediately. After only 3 hours of wear the mask was useless as the middle seam had ripped half way up my face. Worst purchase ever.

I saw these off a Buzzfeed article and ordered them 8 days ago with the promise of receiving them in 7-10 days. I emailed twice, called, and messaged them on their website simply wanting an update but haven't heard anything. I'll never buy from here again and have also let Buzzfeed know. I'll be sharing my negative experience everywhere as well as working with my bank to cancel the transaction on their side. What a horrible experience as a first-time customer, especially for a product so desperately needed right now.

I ordered face masks for $64.18.on Jan.6 2022 Never received them. They don't answer calls or emails. IT'S A SCAM. Beware!!! They are not in existence. I wrote to the AG to file a report. I suggest everyone on here so the same in your state. Let's get these crooks!

If you have purchased masks this site is scam. Contact your bank immediately. Shame on this company for acting this way during pandemic.. .

UNBELIEVABLE!! I ordered masks and home COVID test kits. Paid extra for 2 day express. I have not seen the package yet. It’s been 3 weeks. Customer service is difficult to communicate with. I am livid!!!! I wouldn’t even give one star if I didn’t have to input one in order to leave review.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed my order. 10 days ago, I ordered 60 masks from Hope Health Supply and was told they'd be shipped in 3-5 days. I paid for 2-3 day shipping. Nothing has arrived. I've sent two emails, but no one has replied to me. I tried to call a number I found for them, but it says my call cannot be completed as dialed. I currently have COVID and really needed masks for my family (our cloth ones weren't cutting it, and I'm on chemo). Instead, $99 was taken from me without hearing from this company or seeing even a shipping label printed. I'm very disappointed in this, especially during a time where people need help.

I never got my KN95 masks ...there is no phone number for customer service and the email there is no response If I could give Zero stars I would. Requesting my money back from my bank. Buyer Beware !!!!!!!!

Ordered 90 KN95 masks on Jan 7, money ($136) was taken from my credit card on the same day. I received a confirmation email stating I would be contacted when my order was shipped. Thirteen days later no notification. I have emailed to get no response. When I finally found a phone number on this page I get a recording giving the email address. RIP OFF SCAMMERS!!!
