The package arrived quickly however the masks are not as sturdy as I would have hoped. Two of them broke the straps already.

Well, I am sorry but I did not like the kn9 because they itch my face. I guess that I could send them back but I decided to give them away. I won't be purchasing them again.

I was very disappointed that the Hope Health Supply brand white masks were substituted with another brand that is scratchy and not comfortable because of supply issues. HHS did send me HHS brand in black when I complained but they are much looser for some reason than the original HHS white ones I have been using for over a year.

The impossibility of finding masks with ear loops which are actually comfortable is really getting annoying. I just ordered a large amount of the kn95 black 5 ply masks, and each mask is different! One will fit well, whist the next one will have ear loops which keep sliding off of my SMALLISH ears! I don’t have the time to keep returning that which does not live up to its description. Please advise.

I have had the ear strap brake on several of my masks in the last batches that I ordered. I have had to reinforce the masks with needle and thread. I also have one mask that is missing an ear strap.

I wish the left ear loop on the KN95 wouldn’t pull down my ear; it’s very uncomfortable. My left ear is a smudge higher than the right. Wonder if a loop extension of some sort would work. Do you have any suggestions?
