The elastic was rather loose, not much elasticity so mask was so big loose and tying up the straps could have been prevented. Plus they wear hard on back of ears.

I bought your black KN95 mask with the 5 layers earlier on doing the pandemic. Those fit well, unlike so many others which were too large. So recently, I purchased what I thought were the same masks. Unfortunately, these were larger and, consequently, ill fitting - I will NOT be buying any more from you - I didn’t mind paying more for a better fitting mask, but now, your more expensive masks are just as bad fitting as the others.

My order has been in Compton, CA since 12-15-22. Today's date is 12-20-22. I contacted Hope Health and received a response stating it was a USPS issue. It's actually a problem with the shipping partner. Shipping from CA to OR shouldn't be this challenging.
