The masks are smaller than they were…
The masks are smaller than they were last year. There’s less coverage and that your boobs are smaller. I’m gonna have to find somewhere else to get my masks.

Never received my delivery on Oct 24
Never received my delivery on Oct 24, 2023 because it was delivered to a wrong address. The photo of the delivered box was shown in front of an unknown house- IT WAS NOT A PHOTO OF MY FRONT DOOR. I never received my much needed order of masks - issued notification to company immediately that my package was delivered to wrong address. I am awaiting a reply from Hope re: REDELIVERY OF MY ORDER TO MY CORRECT ADDRESS OR REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD. Thank you.

I would give them less than 1 star if…
I would give them less than 1 star if this survey let me. I have not received my masks. It's been close to 3 weeks. I think USPS lost them. So far Hope Health has not told me what they are going to do to make this right. They are literally ignoring my emails.

Problem with website resulted in me…
Problem with website resulted in me purchasing more than I intended. I was unable to reach anyone to correct my order. I will not be purchasing from Hope Health Care again.

What A Disappointment!
We’ve been ordering KN-95 masks from Hope Heealthy Supply for over three years without a problem until the last order. The vast majority of the last order of masks were defective – one or both of the straps broke as soon as we tried to put them on. Have been trying to get a refund or replacement from Hope Health Supply for about a week with no success.What a disappointment!
