Today Hope Health Supply (.com and .store are the same company) is posting reviews on 1/24 stating customers experienced prompt shipping, receiving their order in the stated 7-10 business days with the order shipping in days after placing order. On the same day, 1/24, customers waiting on orders placed the first week of January were sent emails about delayed shipping and apologizing for this delay, without mentioning anything on their website to future customers about any changes in shipping times or delays and continuing to take new orders while also making promises of donation of hundreds of thousands of masks to the US. Someone placing an order today 1/24 on the website will see 7-10 day shipping times with reviews stating quick and efficient delivery posted the same day. Current customers are waiting a month for their orders and cancelling subscriptions to avoid being charged twice for a product being undelivered.

It is hard to write a review when they have not shipped the masks I ordered on 10-Jan-22 nor have they answered my emails requesting information on my order. I paid via PayPal and if the shipment is not acknowledged by 1-Feb I will be looking for a full refund.

I should not give them any stars…Maybe ONE for scamming folks. I have received the very same BS email today telling me to “Hang in there.” I have submitted a dispute to my cc company. I’m under the impression they KNOW them because my complaint is already in the works. If you search for K95 masks THIS site comes up first! Ignore it! Now seeing posts of cheap worthless merchandise is not helping.

They do everything possible to hide the fact that their masks are made in China. A recent report on ABC news indicated that most if not all KN95 masks made in China are not of the best quality. Furthermore, it took them almost 3 weeks to get them to me. Understandably, I returned them.

I am having the same experience as the others have told about in their reviews. My question at this point is has anyone contacted the Better Business? I have tried to pull up Hope Health Supply for several days thru BBB and it keeps telling me it is updating! One has to wonder what kind of update with reviews like these.

Total crap! Ear straps broke while attempting to put them on.... 3 out of 4 times!

Placed my order in December, attempted to cancel on January 12 with no response from company. Attempted again, but they are still not responding. I had already purchased other masks because of the delay.

Total scam. Cant fulfill as promised and wont respond to service inquiries.
