ZERO STARS...I had the same experience as everyone else here. No response from this company after payment. I paid using Paypal for a pack of 30 masks and I am waiting to hear from Paypal. I emailed MANY times because the message on the phone number for Hope Health Supply 800-450-4482, says they aren't answering it, they want you to email them only. SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM

I too, placed an order totaling $56 and change on January 7, 2022 and received a confirmation of order placement. After that I have received no updates or tracking status. Other than file a dispute with credit card, who do I report them to? Their lack of email response after numerous inquiries is unacceptable, pandemic or not. A simple explanation and continued updates would go a long way.

Same as the others. Ordered early January and received no confirmation email, no delivery date, no tracking information after two weeks. I filed a dispute with my bank then I received an email from Hope Health stating the delay is because of staff shortages due to Covid, Shipping, excessive orders etc. Then says they have millions of masks and my order is "readied" for shipment but still no tracking or shipping details. This is a scam. File a dispute.

Actually….ZERO STARS! I ordered masks 2 weeks ago as Hope Health Supply said 7-10 days to get them. I am leaving soon and needed those masks before we left to travel. The only contact available for them is email! I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT THAT FIRST before ordering! They do NOT have any business address OR phone number on their site! I KNOW I’ve been scammed! Calling my credit card company in the morning as my charge went through immediately and I have gotten NO responses from my emails.(except for a generic one stating they will get back to me within 24 hours! We ordered 30 masks on January 13th totaling $55. I checked shipping before purchasing "You should receive your order within 7-10 business days when selecting Standard Shipping at checkout. I needed them quickly. If shipping was not possible it should have clearly stated not available for immediate shipping I am now over the 7- 10 days and NO masks. there is NO phone number for customer service. That should have been my first "red flag" before ordering. What company does not have a phone number? I did email them and got a generic email that evidentially multiple people have received. "Be Patient" does not solve my need for masks as ordered. I have sent an email requesting the cancellation of my order and prompt refund but I am not too hopeful after viewing refunds not being issued for others. l will contact my credit card tomorrow and advise them of the situation and hope they can contact them. I have written this as I believe others have to help other people avoid situations like this. Stay away

EDITED 7/16/22 - This horrible company did eventually ship product to me months after ordering. All sales are final of course, so I was stuck with them and put them away for later use next time there was a covid surge. There is currently a covid surge, so we got them down to use in travel. They are awful. They come apart at the seams when you try to open them to put on your face. If they don't completely fall apart the straps pull out. They are trash. They were overpriced. overhyped, took forever to receive, had absolutely horrendous customer service, and to top it off, sold a trash product. I am going to order better masks more readily available and literally throw these garbage masks in the trash. Normally I don't leave reviews, let alone follow ups, but truly this was a terrible company to deal with from start to finish. Horrible service, equally horrible product. Would still give zero stars and recommend they be avoided at all costs. Honestly, they deserve zero stars. Their TOS state that you can not receive a refund if your product has shipped. I ordered 1/7 product listed as "in stock, ready to ship" and was charged in full at that time. Since then I have received no further contact. I have used their online chat service, no reply. They seem to have now removed the chat feature. I have emailed multiple times to cancel this order and have received no reply. Their website is completely useless, and their reviews are curated on-site. They have no social media, and you effectively can not reach them. They are basically just thieves, avoid at ALL costs.

Same experiences with Hope Health Supply as others who have written negative reviews. I have informed AARP Fraudulent Hotline of the failure of this company to ship my order or to respond to my emails and the failure to notify me of shipment and delivery dates. AARP recommended I contact my credit card company. So I have asked my credit card company to investigate this scam and recommend others do the same, as they have other means for tracking them down..
