One star rating because I did not have option for 0 stars. This com is committing a scam. I ordered KN95 masks on Jan 6th and my credit card was charged that day. Website said masks were in stock but as of Jan 27(3 weeks after order date),I have not received my order. No replies to 3 emails I sent. Have placed dispute with my credit card company, but I hope other customers do not get scammed. Hope law enforcement gets involved.

DO NOT buy anything from this place. They took the money from my account immediately and NEVER received the masks I ordered. This is total SCAM They NEVER answer their phone and you can not leave a message. They have an auto reply to your email that due to the high volume we can not get back to you at this time. I should have noticed the red flag when there was almost 6000 (5) star reviews that this was a fake web site. I have reported this company along with many other people to my bank and the Visa. Tomorrow morning I will file the proper form to the BBB

My order for KN95 masks was placed on Jan 3rd and I am still waiting for my order. Inasmuch as I have sent multiple emails inquiring why the delay, no company representative has responded. Nothing. No customer service, no way to contact them other than by email which doesn't get answered, or by telephone where a recorded message refers the caller to the email address. There are hundreds of angry customers posting complaints all over the internet, customers who had their credit cards charged immediately but have not received their orders. I have contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute; reported this scam to the Federal Trade Commission; and filed a report with the BBB. And I'm not done yet. Someone needs to investigate this online company immediately. It's a scam.

I ordered the KN95 mask from Hope Health thinking I needed to upgrade from my cloth mask to a more protective face covering. I wore the mask for a couple of days under normal circumstances (grocery store, post office, etc). Shortly thereafter, I contracted COVID (no know contact). I noticed when I looked at the mask, there were small perforated holes where the ear pieces attached to the mask and also along the ridge of the nose piece. I have no idea if this was the reason I was infected but I've gone almost 3 years without getting COVID and seemed odd that a COVID mask would have holes in it. I'll be using my cloth masks going forward.

NOT TRUST WORTHY: Ordered KN95 masks 10 January. They promptly confirmed by email. They charged my credit card immediately. 2 weeks passed with no shipment. My emails requesting an update were met with generic "sorry, we're so busy" replies. I cancelled the order and disputed the charge. The rep said her unit alone had a dozen disputes that day alone about this company. The company responded that they were packing my order from an unmonitored email. Oh sure you are... but nothing has shipped.
