I have read all of the reviews posted and I can say that they are accurate. I placed my order the end of December and finally received them today 1Feb. I order from Hope Health because they claim that the mask was made and shipped from the USA. After I received the order I found one bag open and that they were manufactured in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Provence China. That could explain the delay in shipping.

I ordered KN95 masks from hope health supply on January 7,2022 and have paid for them but to date( 2/1/2022) I haven’t received them. I’ve sent multiple emails and the response was they were out of stock and the website clearly states they are most definitely in stock. I then received an email 2weeks ago saying they were being packed up for shipping. Received no tracking info or valid information. I have demanded a refund and of course no response!! This company is a SCAM!! I will be reporting this to the BBB!!!

Fraud fraud fraud

I ordered and paid for masks from Hope Health Supply on January 9, 2022 and as of this date (February 1) I have not received them. Attempts to get help from customer service unsuccessful. Is this a legitimate company?

I ordered masks beginning of January still have not received them #545701 order paid for but no product shipped, how come!!!

I ordered kn95 masks late in 2021, received them within about 10 days and they were fine... Then I ordered more on Jan. 5th 2022, have not received them, cannot get anyone with a pulse on their 800 number, the voice message says to email them, which I have twice with no reply, but am still getting ads from them in my email. I paid through paypal, and have since opened a complaint about this company in hopes paypal will be able to settle it, and will credit my account. The bad thing about this is.. Dr Weil who is a very respected holistic advocate for this company is where I found out about Hope Health when I placed my first order which I did receive... I checked Weils webpage and he no longer advertises this company, which speaks volumes. Save your money and time, dont order from Hope Health

This site Hope Health is not responding to my emails. I ordered mask on 1/18 and I have not received them nor has they contacted me. This place needs to be reported as a scam.

I ordered masks on January 2, and as reported by others, I still have not received. I also received email about a week ago saying order was being "packed" but nothing since then and no response to emails. Then I received email today saying "we miss you" and offering discount for a new order. I ordered in 2021 and received promptly, good quality masks. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN 2022!!!
