Hooke RoadReviews of hookeroad.com

Amateur Company. They're so horrible it's not even funny. Ordered a major part for my truck and they sent it without any of the nuts, bolts and screws. What kind of clown company does that?? Then after a week of going back and forth with trying to get those items to assemble the part, they tell me it will take 8-10 business days to send them because they're coming from overseas. What?? No urgency or compensation to correct their ignorant mistake. BUYER BEWARE

Expecting answer from customer service...depending on this I will continue with the review... I’ll keep the one star rating due to the product fails, but I have to admit that the customer service responded quickly and replaced the product in two days (rear bumper with tire carrier)

This stuff actually comes from China. Swing out bumper I bought came with wrong bearings and a broken license plate light. I’m super disappointed in this bumper. It feels extremely cheap and the customer service was terrible.

Company will ask you to do reviews in exchange for a discounts, but doesn’t provide the discount. Reached out to CS multiple times, no response until I am asked to fill out yet another review. I would have much rather a response to my emails. CS stated replied stating they sent an email, but nothing received in spam or inbox.
