Not gonna lie was alittle skeptical when I 1st purchased. With Covid going on the expected shipping date was pushed and for a moment I thought I might have gotten swindled. But got email explaining how this small company got such a huge responsibility se due to these times and they were just working to meet demand. I did in fact get my order and product was excellent. Their neck gaiters are 4 for 20 but really of you buy more than 4 they all cost about 5$. Excellent price and product and upon getting my items I already put in another order and they responded quickly thanking me and sending tracking info. Would highly recommend

I love these face shields. I ordered mine right at the beginning of the Covid19 pandemic. I sent them several emails asking about my order and they responded quickly and helpfully each time. I have bought similar products from other manufacturers and none of them are even close to this product. I love the craftsmanship and the fit. I will definitely be doing business with them again. And I love that they are here in the USA.

Definitely stand up company. I would absolutely buy from them again and actually look forward to doing so.

I was initially upset because of no updates on the status of my order After waiting almost 7-8 weeks... after giving a bad review I will say they came through... the owner called me on a Sunday and assured me my order would ship that week and apologized.... it did ship with a free gaiter thrown in.... and a follow up call the week after I received it... one of the gaiters I ordered was incorrect and they promptly shipped a correct one to me the next week....The gaiters are nice and I like them much better than a mask and are more versatile. I placed an order with the expectation of slower shipping that normal due to the pandemic. Though it shipping was delayed, the service was great when communicating with the customer service team on my shipment. When my package arrived, one neck gaiter was sent in error, but they immediately shipped the correct one as a replacement. Though there were a couple of hiccups, they still get a 5-star review from me. As a business owner, I understand some of the issues experienced, but the customer service made up for everything. I will continue purchasing from HOOk 360
