HonkaiReviews of honkai.shop

fast shipping and trust system, you cannot go wrong with this site.

I've had multiple orders that arrived in great condition, carefully packaged. The quality of the products is rather nice, however one time I've encountered a problem with a specific piece of jewelry, but Honkai Shop wasn't at fault. The customer support team quickly handled the issue without any hassle and I'm truly grateful. They're responsive and really helpful. Thank you so much for your service!! Overall I'm pleased with the shop and I definitely recommend it!

The products arrived in good shape.

Well Packed, great condition upon arrival. Items were as advertised. Would shop here again

Russian Post didn’t break my figure and even delivered it right to my apartment. The Kafka figure was pre-ordered in the winter and received in early June. It was delivered within the promised timeframe — from China to Kazan in less than a week. There is customer support, but it's slow — they respond in about two days. Through support, I asked to add extra protective packaging for the figure. They can’t do that on their own without the buyer’s permission. I'm satisfied with the purchase.

Thank you for the great support and the opportunity to gain all the lovely items.
