The Honkai Shop team assisted me with my missing package

I didn’t have any problems, so I’m not sure about customer service- but I take that as a positive! The delivery time was spot on, and I’m so delighted with my products. I love them! And while they’re a little pricey, at least I know it’s authentic.

Box came in great condition, merch was beautiful

Tout est parfait. J'avais acheté le parapluie thème Acheron et c'était comme je l'imaginais. Même si la boîte était abîmé, je reste déçu un peu mais le produit était intact.

Of course it take time to come, and people that said that they wait for too long probably didn't look at the disclaimer. Everything was okay for me and it was easy to follow my order. Thank you !

Product is amazing I love Mydei

El envío todo bien y también mi pedido ha llegado todo son los mejores volveré a comprar en este lugar

My purchase experience was great, placing my order and keeping track of it was simple and I got all the information I needed, including last mile shipping information which is very important in Brazil because we do need to pay extra importing fees and taxes. The product came well wrapped and intact and we are very happy with the quality, the figure is stunning and a great addition to our collection.
