My experience with this store was amazing, they mailed me about inconveniences with a Figure, and they promptly helped me finding a solution; furthermore, when I received my Figure, it was well packed, and everything was great! Will definitely buy from them again

Gonna give a 5, but it's a very close 5. Stuff arrived completely fine! But I found it odd that they don't send an E-Mail when stuff is shipped. So keep an eye on your order page where the Tracking code will be! The third parcel was somehow delivered with a carrier I had never heard of that almost caused some issues due to their lack of dropoff points. Not directly their problem, but it was a bit inconvenient. However the products itself are as advertised and CS reacts perfectly fine. And I'll definitely purchase stuff again from them in the future! Very good and easy spot for HSR merch.

Staff were quick and precise in answering enquiries, and polite all the way. A good solution to having to figure out how to order from Taobao and Mihoyo official store in Chinese.

I'm happy to say that my stuff arrived in perfect condition, and I am very pleased with it all! It arrived fairly quickly after shipping and it was well packaged, and the items are exactly as pictured. I can't add images but rest assured, the Aventurine plushies are just as adorable as they look!

Even though it took a little longer than expected, both my items arrived and were delivered in person. The package was well-protected, and my keychains came in perfect condition! I bought two Aventurine keychains and am pleased with the quality and sizes. When the delivery time took a little longer than I expected, I reached out to the support team. They responded the next day, explained the issue, and not long after, I received a notification that my package was on its way. I am very happy with the service and the products.
