Be weary of this company. Product hasn’t worked properly since I purchased. I paid extra for insurance on it and yet they ignore emails and request for evidence every day. You will provide them and they will block your email address. This is the third email I’m using to get them to refund me or replace it but nothing is working.

⭐ 1 STAR – MY EXPERIENCE TRYING TO RETURN A PRODUCT I think people should know what my experience has been when trying to return a product to this company. I bought a vacuum for £170 and wasn't happy with its weight, suction or overall performance. I contacted the company and simply asked to return it for a refund. Instead of giving me straightforward return instructions, I was initially offered £40 to keep it. I declined and again asked to return it. I was then told I would have to pay the return postage AND a refurbishment fee of between 20% and 50% of the purchase price, and that the return process could take one to two months. At the same time, I was offered $60 to keep the vacuum. I declined again and continued asking for the return details. Their latest offer is now a £85 refund — 50% of what I paid — if I keep the vacuum. They also pointed out that a bank dispute could take 45–90 days. So the offers have effectively gone from £40, to $60, to £85, while all I have been asking for is the opportunity to return a product I don't want and receive my refund. I've now raised the matter with my bank. I'm not telling anyone whether they should or shouldn't buy from this company. I'm simply explaining exactly what my returns experience has been so other customers can make their own decision.

I have sent several emails to different support addresses, but I have not received any response. I purchased the S13 vacuum cleaner on Amazon with a 3-year warranty. Unfortunately, it is now no longer charging with the original charger.

I wish I could give 0 ratings. I should have paid attention to all the negative red flags and avoided. Don’t buy into the shiny ads you see everywhere on social media. the product is the worst thing you would spend money on. The battery doesn’t hold for more than10 minutes even after charging for at least 4-5 hours. I paid extra for insurance yet they will not even consider sorting the issue out. The vacuum doesn’t pick anything at all and spits everything right back out. It takes longer to do a little space and eventually I give up and use a brush for my sanity. Everything they mentioned the vacuum will doesn’t work . Customer services is nonexistent. They will try and push you to keep the faulty products just because they can’t be bothered with you and wanted me to accept £40 to keep it. They blocked my mail address; I changed for another and they ignored my request. Their excuse was that my email might have gone into spam. You’ve replied that I should reach out for more investigation- what investigation? Your team that has ignored every email I’ve sent and will not care if I reached out again. As I mentioned in the email. I will make sure I get my refund come what may. I’ve already written to consumer rights UK to look into your company. I will not be pushed around for 4 months over some faulty goods I cannot return.

Near impossible to get parts, or even get a response from customer service

I submitted a problem on their FAQ page and my husband emailed them directly. Has been several weeks and no response from this company. I have an expensive vacuum that I need support to troubleshoot and this company is a ghost. Disappointing product and lack of customer support.

I ordered a replacement batery for my honiture product. While orderyng and paying for the product the delivery time indicated was 5 days. It's been more than one month.The incomplete tracking information provided indicates that the item has not yet left the country of origin. I requested a refund, but it was denied. At this point, it feels like theft. Occasionally, they respond to my follow-ups by providing the same tracking number, which returns a "tracking not found" result.

I emailed honiture not less than six times to go over my vacuum problem. I have yet to receive one response.
