Sono rimasto sorpreso dall'efficienza del servizio di assistenza, ho avuto un problema con il mio robot Q6 comprato attraverso Amazon, quest'ultimo non è stato in grado di darmi nessuna risposta efficace per risolvere il problema!! Ho scritto, allora, direttamente al servizio di assistenza Honiture e la gentilissima signora LILI ha provveduto in, tre giorni, a farmi recapitare un robot NUOVO. 5 stelle più che meritate !!

Honiture is a great product and Hoover as well has great options on the app and I am really enjoying using this however I have found that the mop feature doesn’t really do a great deal but really all I need it for is a hoover and it does its job well

Had the s14 a few weeks now does what it says battery doesn’t last long but long enough todo my property so works for me.

The vacuum worked well for 6 months. One day, it stopped suctioning due to a worn-out and broken part. They sent me a new one without any costs for me.

EDIT: customer service replaced the battery and threw in another filter too, changed to 5 stars. I bought one 3 months ago, and the battery is defective, it shuts off at around 35% battery, which coupled with its already poor battery life, makes it last a few mins. They have a very poor website, with no contact number, just an email, and ive been completely ignored, for about 2 weeks now.
