FISHNTYME
Did all that it was supposed to do for a couple months. Then a wheel stopped moving. Confirmed it is a communication issue by switching wheels and other testing from Honiture support. Right wheel side works both wheels, while left side doesn't move any wheel. Honiture support is mediocre. While they help and did offer a lower class with no Lidar replacement, I feel this is subpar. Their excuse is that the Q6 Lite is no longer produced. Okay. How about a gift card or coupon to purchase something comparable instead of offering an inferior product? When we got into this part of the conversation the "support" disappeared. Based on this I can not recommend this item nor any other item this company makes.

Avoid this company. I purchased a Q6 robot vacuum cleaner for £350 back in 2021. Whilst it's been a very good robot vacuum cleaner it stopped working after 2 years and 3 months. I reached out to the company via email (the only way to reach customer services) I haven't received anything. I looked online and support is very limited and spare batteries are incredibly expensive. On reflection I won't spend more than £100 on an unknown Chinese brand any more. Its just not worth it.

Terrible products and customer service. Vacuum broke after just a few months after purchase. They promised new parts which did not arrive! Customer service just stopped replying to messages. Do not buy from this company!
