Nachdem ich bei Trustpilot eine negative Bewertung abgegeben habe, hat sich Danny von Trustpilot das Problem bearbeitet. Da das Gerät über einen Vertriebspartner gekauft wurde, hat uns dieser ein anderes neues vergleichbares G20 geschickt, da er den Typ V8 nicht mehr hatte. Obwohl er bei horniture verfügbar ist. Somit stellt sich der Service von horniture so da, wie es ein Kunde erwartet. Nochmals danke an Danny.

I have been so impressed with this vacuum! I previously owned different vacuum and this one from Honiture is great! Cheaper and actually does a much better job. I love that the head of the vacuum has a light and it can stand up alone. You won't be disappointed! It's a great buy!

Honiture S14 cordless vaccum is very efficient and I've been using it for last 4 years. The customer service & communication I received in getting the resolution for replacing additional accessory has been great and very helpful.

I bought this vacuum to try it and was hoping it was better than the garbage vacuum (Dyson) at first I wasn’t sure if it was better. I had an issue with the vacuum so I got in touch with their customer service and they directed me to do a few simple steps to get the vacuum working properly. It was my operating error which is why I needed them in the first place. The customer service team lead me in the right direction and the vacuum works great. It is 100% better than my Dyson. Whoever has a problem with Dyson vacuums try this one. (X7) I will never go back to the Dyson which is over priced and doesn’t work nearly as good as this one. Thank you customer service support for all the help.
