I received the X7 Vacuum and it had a faulty battery, it didn't work. I emailed customer service and they are sending me a new battery. They contacted me within 24 hours of my email and worked with me on my issues. 100% solved ❤️

I’ve just purchased the P7 Pro Cordless Vacuum for replacing my previous S13 and I have to say that it is a very powerful vacuum, the suction power can help to maintain the floors free of debris in literally minutes. The battery can last much more than my previous one making me feel so happy because you can use it two or three times with one charge only of course it depends on the size of the house so I recommend this brand because of the price and the quality.
