Trying to contact this outfit without an order number is hopeless. They also ask for a phone number but both landline and mobile numbers are not accepted. I am trying to report a fault, but have lost the order number. If you need good simple customer service, do not buy from this lot.

EL robot G20 Pro, comprado en abril 2024, se ha cansado de fregar. Es como si no existiera el depósito. Al principio fregaba porque tenía una grieta en el depósito. Me enviaron uno nuevo en junio de 2024, y poco después dejó de mojar el suelo. Llevo casi un mes escribiendo al email del servicio técnico y no contestan. El formulario de contacto de la Web tampoco recibe (da error y no pasa el mensaje). Tiene pinta de que han desaparecido. No os creáis las reseñas 5 estrellas, las compran ofreciendo beneficios/regalos/descuentos... a los que acaban de comprar y aún no tienen problemas.

I bought this cordless vacuum about a year ago, knowing that it would be inferior to any upright model. So I was prepared to make allowances for its inability to raise the pile on my carpet - or for the fact that, invariably, when I've finished using it, I'm just extremely unsatisfied with the result. That said, there are other factors about the machine that warrant my poor rating. Chief among them: it gets clogged with pet hair and cat litter every time I use it. I have not, as far as I can recall, been able to clean all the carpets in my house without having to remove the debris that hasn't been successfully loaded into the canister. And to make it worse, once the machine is assembled, you need to be Hercules to detach any of the parts. This is why I so rarely use it to vacuum my stairs - I'd rather take a dustpan and brush to them than struggle with the ordeal of converting it to a handheld cleaner. So, when the machine gets clogged, I'm forced to disassemble it to access the blockage - meaning that I have to put up with both the clogs and the misery of trying to take it apart! I gave this wretched thing a very long benefit of the doubt. Now, however, I'm so fed up with it that I felt it necessary to warn anyone who reads this review that they're likely to experience the same problems with it or any other Honiture vacuum that's structured similarly.

I ordered the x7 model and right out of the box the product would not charge. I attempted several times to contact the company to get the logistics to return the product for a full refund. Unfortunately, not a single response to my many emails to the company. I thought I could trust this company given the product review from Consumer Report. I regret listening to CR and regret purchasing this product from the poorly run company. If I am able somehow to get my money back I will be an outspoken critic and evangelist to anyone considering making a purchase. I would have given a zero star if possible

I bought this hoover 9mths ago what a disappointment do not buy one ever didn't pick up properly battery life less than an hour after 6mths I could only hoover for 20mins I tried to contact company many times no responce even though I allegedly got 1yr guarantee I have had to buy a new hoover disgraceful hoover costumer non existent

My Honiture Q6 pro conveniently stopped emptying on the 2nd anniversary when the warranty ran out!! For a £350+ piece of kit, I expected support and a longer warranty compared to other household appliances. Sadly this junk has to go to the tip :-/ Would not recommend.
