Please do yourself a favour and don’t buy from this company. I purchased a X7A cordless vacuum. Tried it once and found the suction very poor, it hardly picks up mess on your carpet. When I emailed to ask for a refund they give you the run around. Refuse the fact you have rights in that a purchase online can be returned with no reason for a full refund within 14 days. What I have learnt is that they are a Chinese company selling cheap crap and they use their Chinese staff to reply in AI with fake English names. Promised me a 50% refund and I could keep the hoover, then nothing for weeks, stopped replying to emails. So my advice if you did purchase then use PAYPAL I opened a dispute and they didn’t even bother to reply or contest so you will win and receive a FULL refund. So now I have my money back AND a cheap crap hoover 🙂 so I’ve don’t the decent thing and wiped my bum on the hoover and put it where it belongs, in the TRASH!

We ordered a vacuum and a spare battery 1nd SEPTEMBER. The vaccum came but no spare battery. I emailed them and they said it was returned and they would send a new one out. I have now sent 10 emails and im getting any reply. Why can they not send battery out or refund money. Its so annoying TREVOR

COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! i have been unable to use my honiture vaccum for nearly 2 months and have no solution provided by honiture customer service. They rarely respond to my many e-mails, and when they do respond it is not a solution, and do not seem to have understood my e-mails (i have sent numerous e-mails being clear and sending videos and photos of the issue). So far al i have been sent is a new dust bin which is pointless because the dustbin in my hover is stuck.

Ich hatte vor einigen Wochen bereis eine negative Bewertung über meinen Akku-Staubsauger abgegeben. Dann hat mich der Kundenservice kontaktiert und mir in diversen, unzähligen E-Mail eine Lösung versprochen, wenn ich meine Bewertung lösche. Das hatte ich gemacht, nun höre ich nichts mehr von dem Kundendienst!!!! Billige Chinaware und der Kundendienst verarscht einen nur!!!! Update 16.10.26: Der Kundendienst hat sich gemeldet, leider wieder keinen Lösungsvorschlag, sondern soll einen anderen Kundendienst kontaktieren! Ich glaube, das hat System, bis man irgendwamn keine Lust mehr hat, nach ca. 15 E-Mails!!!

Der Roboter kreist verwirrt um die Ladestation und bewegt sich nicht mehr vorwärts. Nach nur 9 Monaten gab es die erste Reklamation beim Kundenservice, im August die Wiederholung. Ohne Reaktion oder Antwort, für 330 Euro wirklich enttäuschend.

I had the vacumm for only a few months and it quit working. I reached out to Customer Service and told them what was going on and even purchased a new battery thinking that went bad. It wasnt the battery. Went back to customer service and they wanted videos sent of it not working and on the charger. I have sent numerlus emails and videos and all they do is jack me around. This has been going on for months now. They asked me at the beginning to leave a review as they worked with me which I did. Big mistake because since i left a positive review i have been nothing but jacked around with “we are very sorry and working with our technical team to get this corrected. That was months ago and I still get the canned we are sorry and working on this. I have been reasonable with them and all i want is a working unit that I oaid good money for. I would stay away from this company as they dont seem to be on the up and up. I liked the vacuum when it worked. If there backing of the product is this bad then I would stay away. I am still hoping they do the right thing. At this point though they just keep toying with me.

Product out of stock! Removed payment from my account within 24 hours!!! Over 45 days and still have not got a refund! I have receieved 2 emails exzactly identical...AP must be on vacation!! I will never consider buisness with honiture again. Terrible customer service!!! I have sent 5th email 10-8-26 ! Automated answers every time!!!

Left a review here after not being able to contact. Mop function broke after 3 months Made contact they tried to charge me at first for a new tank I pushed back and they agreed to send me one Now they are uncontactable
