I'm conflicted about this product. On one hand, the device itself is excellent for the price. The suction power is surprisingly strong, the battery life is perfectly acceptable for my needs, and the value is undeniable. However, my unit developed a significant flaw where the power modes started cycling on their own from high to low. The biggest disappointment has been the complete lack of customer support. I have tried to contact the company through multiple channels to resolve this under warranty, but I have received no response whatsoever. Conclusion: It's a classic case of "you get what you pay for." You might get a perfect unit and be thrilled with the value. But if anything goes wrong, be prepared to be on your own.

Battery charger stopped working after around 10 charges. Ordered a new one plus a spare battery. The charger took three weeks to arrive but the battery was not received at all. No response from customer service at all.

I purchased the Honiture V8 pro robot vacuum, and it worked well for about 4 months and then would just run in circles or give an error message about not being on an even surface even though it was on hardwood floors. I tried all the ideas in the manual for fixing it but none of them worked. I tried reaching out to Honiture at least 5 times through different methods (website, different emails they provided) over several months but didn't hear back even once. This product is garbage and the company has no customer service despite offering a "warranty."

Gros M.... fait son boulot qu’à moitié inonde les sols ou alors nettoie rien. Ça fait pas 1 an que je l’ai. On m’a changé le réservoir d’eau (c’est toujours pareil) là il reste sur le programme aléatoire car je ne peux plus le mettre en automatique

Useless piece of equipment. Like most people on here I am absolutely disgusted with the vacuum cleaner. it has no suction and cuts off after a few seconds of use. I have contacted them requesting to return the item for a refund and they have totally ignored my emails. Fortunately I paid through Klarna and they have suspended the payments while investigating. DO NOT waste your money

The Honiture X7 cordless vacuum is the biggest load of garbage you will buy. They state they reply to your emails within 24 hours, in-fact they won’t return a reply at all and there is no phone numbers for them. Save your money as the items they sell are not fit for purpose because they don’t work. Mine worked the first time and then didn’t the second time. It is complete garbage. I will be contacting trading standards as no company should be allowed to take people money by selling faulty items that do not work and then completely ignore them. Look at all of the reviews that all had the same experience. I wish I had seen this before buying this ornament. I suggest everyone contact trading standards and file a report.

Tried to get in touch through email every time filled out the online form it would not accept my mobile phone number so could not get through so far not impressed vacuum will not charge only a week old if can't get in touch won't be buying off them again
