When the fish arrived the ice packs had melted and the fish was barely cool. I ordered the product to serve on July 4th. I immediately emailed the company to ask if the fish was safe to eat. No response. I emailed a second time. No response. I did not appreciate being completely ignored when I was concerned that the product might make my family and guests deathly ill.
