The website was easy to use but the bummer was I ordered the item not knowing it was on back order so it took a lot longer to get the item. And I didn’t find out it was back ordered until I emailed with order status.

I made an order on 6th June 2023. It has to come in 2 shipments. One shipment i got in 16 days but other shipment i didn't got still now its going to more than one month. I asked to support but they telling contact to shipping company. when i am trying to contact shipping company its showing email address doesn't exist. Now i am fed up i don't know what to do. Honeyplaybox doesn't helping me. After written above review next day on 14th July they replied that they are placing new order but today is 10th Aug but still now I didn't got my order. When I contact with them they are telling that I have to contact with custom office. I am feeding with honey play box. They are making scam. They give offer that buy one & get one. But at time of delivery they send product in two shipment. One shipment I got but second one I didn't got. It's more than 2 month. Please don't by products from honey play box. There support system is worst.
