Great company to purchase from!
***Update: This is my response to the reply from the company. I don't know what you have to fix to strive to do better. I love this company, I tell all my friends to order from this site. I don't believe I mentioned you did anything wrong. I am very sorry if something I said was taken out of context. So now, I know that customer service is great as well. I've never had an issue with an order or the products. I will be back to buy a new toy soon! With that being said, please keep doing what you are doing!*** I love the fact that this company and website doesn't just show you still photos of the items you get to see a video of the toy in action. Not to many sites do this. I love the fact that the items I've gotten from this site are nicely made and body safe. The shipping could be a little faster but I've always received my items within a week of purchasing. I've never had a need to use customer service so I can't give my opinion about that. But for the most part this is one of my favorite places to buy my favorite toys!
