What a scam! You place an order and 3 days later they cancel it saying they think it is a fraudulent order. What kind of company cancels perfectly good orders. Schizophrenia at best!
Response from Honey Play Box®Oct 25, 2023
Dear Customer, I apologize for the recent inconvenience with your order. Our commitment to transaction security sometimes flags legitimate orders, such as yours, due to potential discrepancies. Your order was marked "Medium Risk" because the billing address did not match the credit card's registered address. Please verify and align these details before reordering. This isn't a reflection on you but an effort to counter online fraud. I'll be reviewing our process to reduce such mishaps. As a gesture of our regret, we'll provide you with a gift card. We value your business and feedback deeply. Warm regards, HoneyPlayBox Customer Service Center

I like the fact that it didn't take long for it to come to my house. I just wasn't able to pinpoint how long it would take to get here. This is my first time ordering off of this website. I see it has some free stuff on there website for me to get but I wasn't able to get any of the free toys it had.
Response from Honey Play Box®Oct 21, 2023
Dear Linda, Thanks for sharing your feedback. It may take 3 to 7 business days to receive your package. And you need to purchase the appropriate set to get the free products, your understanding will be much appreciated. Kind Regards, HoneyPlayBox Customer Service Center

I am not a fan of you guys using DHL for part of the shipment. I live only 20 mins away from their Whittier location but its taken them 3 days to deliver the package. On the product page it listed the days that you could get it at and for me it had listed Wed-Fri. I didn't think that I was going to have wait until the last day despite living in California and living so close to Whittier. The "fast" shipping times definitely swayed my decision but I am stuck waiting with 0 way to even pick up the package myself. DHL are bad shippers. Please change whom you partner with because you are advertising fast shipping with the possible worst shipping company. Bit misleading.
Response from Honey Play Box®Oct 21, 2023
Dear Albert, Thanks for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry for the bad experience, we will improve our service based on your feedback. Actually you can pick up the package by yourself before shipping. If you have any further suggestions, please contact us, we will take it seriously. Sincerely, HoneyPlayBox Customer Service Center
