First…the good
First…the good, Quality with a capital Q, great selection, well packaged, customer service when I did have a small problem was very helpful. Highly recommend. Second…the not so good, DHL, worst shipping company available, these knuckleheads could (and do) lose more products, constantly late, wrong drop off address…

Reused goods? Yuck.
I'm pretty sure one of the items in my order was a return from someone else that was then sent to me, which is beyond gross. It had the incorrect charging cord, no interior bag, and no outer box covering like the other items. Yuck.
