Well my wife charged the Scioness up…
Well my wife charged the Scioness up correctly. Everything works except the licking part of the toy. I sent messages to them and tried sending a video of the operation of it. I even called their 9093649922 number and their mailbox is full. We either want a new one or refunded. Terrible customer service in my opinion.

Ok for the most part
Ok, I haven’t had a chance to try the product, but the email said I would get an update when my item was shipped, and I did not. Aside from that, I don’t suppose it’s your fault how long it took to get here, but it took longer than I expected.
