Purchased the Joi rotating head g-spot vibrator and clit licker for a gift for my wife for our anniversary (that and a cruise). I love using toys on my wife. She got off within 5 minutes both times we played with it. And since there are several speeds and patterns to try, we'll have fun discovering what she likes best. Fast shipping, item as advertised. No batteries needed. It's rechargeable via a USB cable and wall charger. Looks to be we'll made.

It was so easy to see product details and selection. Pictures were helpful. The checkout process was easy to use. I really liked the one year guarantee/warranty.

Different pictures, and all the information available for each product was very nice. I appreciate that they have chargers that I can buy again if I lost one.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I cancelled my order within 24 hours (the money was STILL TAKEN from my account) and was told a refund was issued; I had to wait 5-7 business days to receive it. I waited…and waited…and waited some more. The refund never arrived. When I emailed the company, they told me that since the refund had been issued on their end, it wasn’t their problem anymore and that I had to speak with my bank. I did and the bank couldn’t do anything since it wasn’t fraud. I emailed this company again and even sent screenshots of my banking activity showing I never received the refund, plus emails exchanged. They continued to insist the refund had been issued and I needed to check my payment account..even though they had clear evidence showing THERE WAS NO REFUND MONEY!!! I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE.

Was slightly confusing because of discount offer to new customers no being accepted during the check-out process, but I emailed customer service & received a refund for my discounted amount immediately, which was nice - can tell they care about their customer's experience & satisfaction.
