I had a question about a package…
I had a question about a package delivery and on a Friday evening past 5pm I sent a note to customer service and was almost freaked out that they responded not once but a couple of times and was able to Find a resolution then and there. Unbeatable customer service, Loyal customer forever

Amazing Customer Service
My package went missing even though it was marked as delivered by the post office. I contacted customer service over email and they offered to ship my order out again at no cost to me. Really appreciate the help even though they were not obligated to!
