I have this toy that gos upapp malfunction and down…
I have this toy that gos up and down but won't link to my phone. This black dialogue box keeps popping on and off on the app it has a little explanation point but I can't tell what it says cuz it happens too fast

STOP LOOKING
The best toy I have ever purchased, hands down! Wish it was a little quieter that's the only complaint I have. I still give it a 5* for the overall performance It may replace my partner.

Toy was broken when I received it
Toy was broken when I received it. Up and down function does not work. I heard lou's pieces once package arrived. I would like to return it for another one or be reimbursed. Thank you
