Honeycrisp apples are tricky
Honeycrisp apples last year were fantastic. The crop this year had less flavor and some early internal browning. The Macouns 15% rotted in the gift boxes stored at 40f. The Honeycrisp people always make things right. Mother Nature… not so much. MIH
