it's very hard to figure out, things show up on the invoice that I didn't know were there like the category Wedding showed up on the receipt but I didn't fill that in anywhere and it makes me look unprofessional. I didn't like that I couldn't update the invoice and send it again for the second time, I had to wait. I am not sure if I'll keep this system or not. I don't have time to keep studying it, but I will wait a little longer before canceling and see if I can figure it out.

as a photographer I dislike having the option to provide a gallery to clients, and how difficult it is to set up automations to set up things like bookings and other project flow initiatives.

I like the ideas honeybook has and in theory they sound great, but it's not user friendly and very difficult to learn. I would only recommend honeybook of there was no other platform available.

Its great other than how much of a percentage it takes out plus charges each month.

My client said they never received the invoice and reminders, even though they were eager to pay me. It only worked when I sent them a link.

It’s good but not worth the price. It’s lacking a lot of useful features, if you want invoicing and contracts there are cheaper options.

It's an okay service but too expensive for what is offered. The monthly fees are too much, and the transaction fees are too much. I will be looking for another provider.
