love the features that honeybook offers. Which the fees were a little less.

Is there anyway to make the link of any smart files that go to the client say a custom URL and not honeybook. I love honeybook, but I'd love to have a more seamless experience with my brand and the client. Other then that amazing!

I love that my projects are organized and flow through stages that make sense. Invoicing, proposals, online payment, templates, and the calendar all make customer service easy. There are some things that I would change. I would like to have the option of a csv file with only online payments for my annual reports, since I use "mark as paid" for payments made in my store. I wish projects could move stages automatically based on actions I choose. I wish I could take reservations for my restaurant through an integration on my website. I wish it was easier to modify invoices and proposals on the app. There are other things I would change, but don't remember it until I'm using that feature. I definitely have made a whole lot more sales simply because of HoneyBook!

Honeybook is a great one-stop solution for small business owners. It eliminates the need for multiple platforms and provides so much value for the price point.

I enjoy partnering with HoneyBook and offering it to my clients as a comprehensive tool to use in their business.

We love HB. Very easy to use and we recommend. The main drawbacks are it takes way to long to refund payments and automations cant be applied from mobile. Cant attach photos or files from mobile device.

Great service the only 1 star less is the inability to upload documents and instantly be able to edit them as needed. Unless that was something updated that i don't know about if it was then I'd give 5 stars as it would be the perfect app for me. But 4 stars is still impressive

Overall I love honeybook but my only suggestion is this: It would be really nice to be able to duplicate expenses. I have some recurring monthly expenses and its very time consuming to enter them manually.
