I don't use most of the features and I'm having to pay for the improvements when I don't use them.

I wish the company would give more walk throughs on how to utilize the platform better. I find the entire time I've had honeybook I've been guessing on how to use it. I also wish the platform worked the same on mobile and desktop I wish I had more options on my phone as I do with my laptop as I soemtiems have to make changes and don't always have my desktop handy and then my clients are waiting on me to update when I'm near a desktop. I also wish emails didn't go to my clients spam and the system was more client friendly. I've had customers complain about links not working or loading and glitching and they were unable to edit what they have done.

Slowly learning this system, but it's definitely not as intuitive as others I've used in the past. Frustrations with the calendar booking system. Booked a test discovery call, then cancelled it, and I am still getting reminders that it's coming up - but it's cancelled, so....I don't want that to be my customers' experience.

Overall Honeybook meets my needs and makes running my business easier. But it isn't perfect. Many of the new "improvements" and integrations aren't things I need or want, so I don't see the value in paying more for them. My biggest annoyances are: The new Smart File proposal receipts do not show a net profit to easily calculate the transaction fee. They also have more notifications sent. I tried to update my preferences but all of the file activities are lumped into one option so the only option is to turn them all off. I will continue using my legacy proposal templates until these issues are fixed. I also downgraded my plan in preparation for the price increase coming later this month because paying for features I don't need or use is crazy. I did test run other platforms and didn't like them enough to switch, but that doesn't mean that you couldn't do better by acting on the feedback many members have provided. Also, when my plan renewed at the lower package I got a welcome email and automatic messaging about setting up my account even though I've been a member for years so there is another detail you should correct.

I have just started working with HoneyBook. It doesn’t seem like the most intuitive site. One of my concerns is that I am not able to block out my schedule for periods of time other than manually going through every single day and blocking out each and every block of time on every day I want to not be available. This is especially difficult if someone is taking time off And wanting to take vacation for instance for 10 days. It’s terribly laborious to have to go through every single block of time on every day and do it manually, this is ridiculous. Am I missing something here? Why can’t I block off one day at a time or even a block of days on my schedule? I can’t be the only person that has this issue
