I love this booking system, it just is easy and professional. Just wish all my clients didn’t have to look in their junk folder for the emails, lots of other users of honeybook also say this as well.

I have really enjoyed using honeybook for my photography business. It's been so nice automating so many of the processes. I have three requests of things to add. The first is quite specific but I'd love for the booking calendar to be available in 25 minute segments. Right now it's just 20 or 30 and 25 would be perfect for how I book my headshot clients. The second request is for the ability for people to use a discount code. I want to offer a discount to people who go to my gym and having them use a discount code at booking would be the easiest way to incorporate that. Similarly, I'd love to be able to sell gift cards via honeybook so that it's all in one system when they want to cash in their gift card credit.

I would like to see more short tutorials on generating invoices. There are so many bells and whistles, for me, it needs to be broken down into smaller segments. There is a lot for me to learn, then I need to teach my clients too. It has taken awhile to get a bit of an understanding of the process. I have emailed my questions and received answers which has been helpful.

I love how robust the platform is. It has really streamlined my process and approach with my clients. That said, I'd love more tutorial or even the option to schedule a one-on-one with a Honeybook rep/agent to get familiar with the program because it's functionality is a little overwhelming.

I love this program but it is definitely a lot of back and forth and you must utilize the webinars to truly get the most out of it. I like to jump in and go, but HB isn't truly set up that way. I wish it would tell me when I do something wrong in the Automation so I know where the mistakes are rather than having to do so much troubleshooting. Wish it was a bit more user friendly and there are too many versions. It looks one way on the webinar and another on my screen.

HoneyBook is the platform I use to handle all my client interactions. I can receive/send emails through it and customize almost everything. I love the automated features, like automatic calendar appointments, payment schedules, and even generating a gallery for my booked events. There are a few things I would like to see improved but overall it's been a great experience. It's definitely a solid way to run your business.

It is great to be able to create and send contracts and invoices to clients. It is great to have one place to keep track of the client progress. There are still some things to learn how to use but there are resources available to help.

It helps me so much with organizing my business but unfortunately it does have its glitches (I use the Smartphone app). I love the way that it allows me to organize all the different types of files such as invoices and contracts by client. It also has a calendar option so it helps me not double book my clients. I would highly recommend Honeybook to small business owners that want to keep their business organized but for a small fee. I only think that they need to fix the glitches of the app. It will close unexpectedly and freeze.
