HoneyBook Software Company Platform has so many unique and innovative features for aspiring business owners, entrepreneurs, small business owners, teams, coaches, and for established businesses. HoneyBook is definitely a game changer, from book keeping, email marketing, creating documents, landing pages, displaying and incorporating your brand in your company's voice, invoicing, payment processing, ease of use, and the list of features go on an on, but most important their exceptional customer service that's always there to help every step!!! My personal experience with HoneyBook has been great! I have a new company, a Brand Development and Digital Marketing Company and using and applying HoneyBook various software features to my business processes, has enhanced my business on so many levels. I recently had some concerns pertaining to my account and I reached out to HoneyBook customer service team through chat and I had the privilege of working with Victoria! Victoria listened to my concerns very carefully and she was diligent in her responses and communications with me, so that she could completely understand my concerns! Victoria went above and beyond to address my concerns and resolve my issues! I'm so grateful an appreciative for Victoria and the HoneyBook team for all of their help and support! Honeybook is amazing! As a new business it truly streamlines and automates the process from inquiry, to scheduling call/google meet, to sending off quote, contract and invoice (and collecting payment). From there, you can fully automate next steps leading up to the event. A nice surprise was after having a video call with the potential client I received a document with note highlights and full dictation of the call. The downside would be somewhat difficult onboarding and setting up of documents (thank you ChatGPT), lack of SMS, lack of sending out attractive emails with photos or formatting like flodesk or mail chimp (can only send attachments). Just booked my first client today and I have to say, so far the process has been seamless.
